Unmanaged Service Level Agreement Acenet's Unmanaged SLA includes support for the virtualization layer only. If your Virtual Server is unavailable, unresponsive, or otherwise requires a reboot Acenet can assist upon request. Acenet does not monitor the availability of your Virtual Server and requests must be submitted via our Online Helpdesk. If you're interested in having your Virtual Server monitored, please see our Managed SLA. Acenet’s Unmanaged SLA does not include support for your virtual machine. You are free to install any software of your choosing on your virtual machine, including your favorite control panel. If you plan to install cPanel, you will need to obtain a cPanel license. Acenet only offers cPanel licensing with its Managed SLA. If you decide to save money with Acenet’s Unmanaged SLA, you can purchase a cPanel license direct from cPanel for $200 per year, or you can purchase a cPanel license from BuycPanel.com (cPanel’s largest license distributor) for $15 per month. Both cPanel and BuycPanel include free support, so you can contact them for help if you have any questions or problems running cPanel on your virtual machine.

Managed Service Level Agreement FREE cPanel license and 25% discount ($59.95) for the first 100 Subscribers. The Managed SLA is available on any CentOS cPanel Virtual Server. A Managed SLA provides full service and hardware monitoring. Acenet staff also provides full cPanel support under our Managed SLA. A Managed SLA is required to purchase a cPanel license through Acenet. Our experienced RedHat Certified Systems Administrators monitor your server's load 24 hours a day every day with our in-house monitoring software. If your server experiences a load spike, our staff will immediately be made aware and will work to drop the load and restore stable server performance. With a Managed SLA, our staff will monitor the following services. Service Monitoring HTTP (Apache) MySQL DNS (BIND) SSH POP3 SMTP FTP cPanel In the event of a service outage, our staff is immediately notified and begins working toward bringing a service back online.
