I have used Acenet for almost two years now. Their service is second to none. Server time down NIL. Ticket response is 100% answered inside of five minutes.
I would have no problems recommending Acenet to anyone considering a Web Hosting service.

By far the best technical support I've found available online. The prices are fair and the services are great. But best of all, and most impressive, is their technical and billing support services. The technicians are smart, nice, and quick to reply.

I've been with Ace-Host.Net for approximately 3 years now and I can't say enough good things about this hosting company. I've dealt with other hosting companies in the past that boast great customer support and promise bells and whistles... but the bells and whistles always cost extra and the customer support could drive a good man to drink! Not so, with Ace-Host.
I frequently (and will always) recommend Ace-Host to friends and clients alike and would strongly recommend them to anyone that reads this testimonial. The people here at Ace-host are top of the line. Customer service ALWAYS gets to me, usually within a few minutes time, and their people are always, always friendly and helpful. Whenever I have a question, they're on the ball and I've never had a problem with them. Down time is rare and they make things so easy it's just impossible for me not to like this host.

Well for starters, I have to say that Acenet is the most wonderful host I have ever been with. Not only is their sales staff wonderful, easy to talk to and reason with, but their tech support staff are breathtaking. I've had a few problems with my databases and my forums, not only did they go to the forums software website to read up on it- so that they could fix it, they also converted, integrated and repaired several other things I needed doing. All this within a day.! The prices here are really good, the staff are excellent, you couldn't wish for anything better for a hosting company! I completely recommend this to anybody who wants hassle free- 24hour support hosting. A must have for any website! You should join Acenet and find out for yourself.

Believe me, you won't be disappointed.
