I have several accounts with ACE-HOST.Net and can only say that on the rare occasions I have had to use customer support I have been more than satisfied. I have another host at a British company and they aren't fit to clean your boots. Keep up the good work. It is nice to be with a company that upholds the same high standards I set in my company.

Your support people are the absolute best. I've received immediate responses and solutions to every problem I ever had. There are so many programming languages out there and I'm not bilingual but you'd never know it by looking at my websites. I couldn't have done it without their help. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I’ve been with Ace-Host since 2004 and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
We all know what it is like when you can’t figure out what the problem is. I submit my ticket and within 1-3 minutes tops I get my answer. Sometimes I feel like an idiot that I missed it, but these guys catch it every time! I can’t stress enough the awesome team these guys are. Thanks so much for your help. ~Carey

I have been a customer with Ace-Host since my website launched four years ago. You cannot beat the value, security, customer service, and technical support that Ace-Host has to offer. I have referred people to this company, and they too are happy with service. I appreciate that whenever I have a problem, Ace-Host helps me resolve it in a matter of minutes. If the the sales department had known how much tech support I was going to need building my website, they probably would have made some excuse in order not to offer to host it.
I do not know the first thing about website building.
The Tech team guided me almost step by step!!!! Do you know how much money I saved??? ALOT.
The best part is the profesional way they answer even the dumbest of questions. I felt like I had hired my own private teacher.
Therefore I must say, Tech supoport team: YOU DESERVE TOP PAY!!!

I've been hosting my domain(s) with Acenet since 2004.
Well, before I find Acenet I tried 3 other companies which didn't meet my expectations.
With Acenet, and beside their fantastic real time support, high quality servers, and reasonable prices, they have the most releable support team at all. I believe that "after sales" services should be the main business that a company concentrate on, and Acenet do care about this very well.
Thank you Acenet for all what you do. Big Thanks to the support team especially to Ryan K, Brian O, Matthew S, Jeremy D (plus for the amazin backup script), Duane C, and the rest of the team.
I recommend Acenet for all of those who ask about a releable host company. In short, Acenet is Number ONE.
